FULL COMPASS WELCOMES CRISTIN LIVEZEY AS NEW CORPORATE CONTROLLER
Middleton, WI - Full Compass is proud to announce the addition of Cristin Livezey as its new Corporate Controller. Cristin joined the company in early 2008 and plans to improve financial processes, streamline systems integration, reduce overall costs, and develop innovative methods of analyzing financial data. With a clear picture of the business, Full Compass will be one step closer to achieving its future growth and sales initiatives.
Cristin began her career in a much different industry than Finance. She attended college at Iowa State University, where she earned a degree in Electrical Engineering. After graduating, Cristin spent the first several years of her career at Kraft Foods in Glenview, IL as an Electrical Engineer. Shortly thereafter, Kraft relocated her to the Kraft/Oscar Mayer facility in Madison, WI where she continued her upward mobility to Project Manager and then Plant Supervisor in Beaver Dam, WI. Throughout this time, she also earned an MBA from Loyola University in Chicago. Shortly after earning her MBA, Cristin joined Salomon Smith Barney as a Financial Consultant in the Flossmoor, IL branch.
In December of 2000, Cristin moved back to Madison and accepted the position of Accounting and HR Manager for Intelix in Middleton, WI, a company that provides innovative audio and video distribution equipment for systems integrators and design/build contractors. Also during this time, she was working part time as a Professor at Lakeland College, teaching subjects ranging from Financial and Managerial Accounting to Algebra. Cristin later moved on to become a Senior Cost and Financial Analyst at the global headquarters for BouMatic, a major international dairy equipment manufacturer with products ranging from bulk cooling tanks to automated milking systems. From BouMatic, Cristin moved to Full Compass as the Corporate Controller.
Cristin enjoys spending free time with her husband and three children. She is excited about working with Full Compass and feels that she has achieved a healthy balance between career and family. We look forward to her continued success with us as we move forward to expand the business.
