Comprehensive line spans portable PA to large venue systems

San Diego, CA – May 2008… Carvin, the name musicians everywhere look to for high quality guitars, basses, instrument amplifiers, recording equipment, and sound reinforcement (SR) products, proudly introduces the LSX Series loudspeaker systems. Designed to address a wide range of SR applications—from portable PA systems for mobile DJ’s and performing musicians through large venue sound systems—Carvin’s new LSx loudspeakers are the product of state-of-the-art design and engineering expertise, with the end result being world-class features and performance paired with exceptional value.

Consisting of 17 models—10 non-powered and 7 powered—the new LSx Series delivers the features performers and sound reinforcement professionals demand, including 18-guage steel grills, recessed steel handles, high order – low loss crossovers, plus Neutrik Speakon™ and quarter-inch connectors. Manufactured with pride in San Diego, CA USA, the LSx Series enclosures are built with 18mm multi-ply hardwood and finished with a multi-layered, catalyzed poly¬urethane Duratex™ finish designed to withstand the rigors of the road. Each enclosure is designed, tuned, and ported using LEAP™ software and measured with LMS™ software for optimum system performance.
