Building Project – A Holistic Approach to Creating an Intimate Worship Environment
Getting it right the first time.
Whether it is new construction or a remodel, this class will focus on the factors that combine to create an environment that encourages intimacy and connectedness in worship. From architectural design, seating configuration, mechanical systems, sound and video systems, and architectural and theatrical lighting systems, every design factor can either enhance or detract from the worship experience. Join this session as we concentrate how to successfully bring it all together. Discussion topics will include: putting together the right design team; avoiding the most common mistakes; setting and keeping priorities; design issues – what are the important things to look for; and dealing with budgets.
