Team Leadership – Building a Truly Functional Leadership Team
This workshop is for Pastors or anyone in local church ministry who is building a team. In this session we will learn the true meaning of the word “TEAM” and address some of the misconceptions that church leaders have. We will discuss the pastor’s role in team building, ministry philosophy, stewardship & joint mission. As time permits we will address important leadership topics such as building trust, vision, communication and designing church structures that support team ministry.
