Working with Contractors and Consultants
What is a contractor? What is a consultant? When is either not? Who should do what? What should a church expect if they use "their people" to design or build? Churches all across the country are faced with these questions on almost every project. Yet, few really understand how all these "titles" fit to the tasks that must be done. In this class, we'll discuss how these processes should work, some specific tasks that can be unique to each, and what can be expected when proper guidelines are absent.
