Bio:
After joining the staff at North Coast Church in 1995, Dennis Choy created and developed the church's Technical and Production Ministry from the ground up. North Coast Church, located in Vista, California, is considered the pioneer of the Multi-site/Video Venue church concept and currently offers 21 worship options every weekend across four campuses. Having an efficient team of staff and volunteers managing sound, video, lighting, and visual technology is essential to making this happen. Dennis is a popular guest speaker at seminars across the nation because of his dynamic personality and passion for helping churches develop a successful production ministry. He specializes in addressing training and development issues and gives a real life perspective of "how things really work" in the church world.
I’m honored to be a part of Technologies for Worship Conferences as a speaker/trainer but also as an attendee. There aren’t too many places you can go where you combine the Technical and production aspects with people that are doing it all for Christ. The Technologies for Worship Conferences really help you get a handle on the technology out there that can make your church better. We are all in this together with the same purpose and I want to share anything that can that helps a church produce better services so people can see and hear the message more clearly.
