Bio:

Vance Breshears is the Owner and Principal Consultant of Sound Technology Consultants. He has a wide range of experience in worship facility planning, acoustical analysis, sound system design and audiovisual systems design. His projects include churches, auditoriums, sports facilities and theme park attractions. Having been involved in several hundred worship facility projects, his passion is to provide the best possible worship facility design as a tool for ministry.

With over 20 years working in media related positions, his experience includes recording engineering, industrial video production and special effects technical design. Over the past 12 years, he has directed Sound Technology Consultants, building a broad based consulting firm that offers comprehensive design services.

Vance is an author and lecturer covering the topics of acoustical design, multi-channel sound system design and intimacy in the design of worship facilities. His innovative multi-channel speaker system designs have been installed in many noteworthy projects throughout the country. He has been involved in application based product development for several manufacturers.

Vance has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physics from the University of Southern California. For four years, he served as an officer in the United States Marine Corps. His hobbies include flying and cycling. He holds a Commercial Pilot Certificate with single-engine, multi-engine, instrument and helicopter ratings.
