Technologies for Worship Pavilion® A Success at Willow Creek Arts Conference

Queensville, ON – Technologies For Worship Magazine and the Technologies for Worship Conference were a major success at this years Willow Creek Association’s Arts Conference, which ran from June 13-15, 2007, in Chicago, IL.

“This is the first year we’ve been able to participate at the Willow Creek Arts Conference and we were very happy to be here,” Shelagh Rogers, founder of TFWM and the Technologies for Worship Conference stated. “It was a wonderful experience! Our Technologies for Worship Pavilion® was the focal point of the show, and all of our workshops were filled to capacity for every session we ran.”

The Technologies for Worship Pavilion featured rotating hands-on workshops including a Digital Console Workshop, Analog Console Workshop, and Location Lighting Workshop. Hundreds of attendees were able to take advantage of the education opportunity offered by the workshops.

Between sessions, attendees enjoyed high-energy performances by Christian artist Amber Lee and her band on the revolutionary Quiet Stage®, and were able to actively participate in the show by mixing the band as they performed.

For the past 15 years, TFWM has been committed to educating the worship market about the importance of remaining on the cutting-edge of praise and worship by utilizing today’s technologies to grow their ministries.

“It has always been our goal to educate Houses of Worship on the how to use today’s technologies to grow and augment their ministry,” explains Rogers. “What better way to do that than by bringing the technologies in question right to them, and letting them learn and experiment with them in an environment geared specifically towards the unique needs churches face?”
