Wireless Microphones for the Church in the Post-DTV Era
This seminar will first review the current state of spectrum issues for wireless microphone use in house of worship applications. This includes the situation in the post-DTV transition broadcast band as well as the status of the 700 MHz band. License requirements have recently changed dramatically. Following will be presented practical techniques for successful wireless microphone use in the worship environment. Primary techniques will include proper frequency coordination for multiple system applications as well as proper choice and implementation of antennas.
